He reached out to my warranty company for me and handled the entire process. I noticed one review said something about him getting upset or angry about going back over any work, that is not the case. I believed my alignment was slightly off still and Tom took my car back same week, and went back over it himself! Had zero issues doing so, no attitude given. I will definitely take my cars back to him.
