  I went to buy a wiper blades but this person no customer services at all he was more concentrate talking with his coworker, I been a customer for a. Ore than 30 yrs and this person make me feel like shit so I think is a time to start looking for another place to buy my parts

  Very unprofessional I called in need of a part as the vehicle had to be finished tonight and they had it I was about 30 mins away from the store so I told him I would be on my way and hopefully I could make it in time before they closed bc how far I was driving I didn’t want to make the hr trip for nothing so he pulled the part to be sure they had it I rushed to get on the road and ran well over the speed limit to make it on time an once I got close I realized I was going to make it at 12:02 so I called and asked if they would wait on me since they already knew I was coming that I would be pulling in at 12:02 12:03 at the latest he out the girl manager on the phone and she said yes they could but they could only take a card in hopes that I would say I didn’t have a card bc when I said ok that’s fine I have a card she said hang on let me ask Someone who idk bc she was the manager but put me on hold by this time I’m pulling into the parking lot and she just hangs up the phone so I pull right up to the door get out and the door is locked and all 4-5 employees are standing there at the registers I knock and they all act like I’m not there just flat ignoring me and would not come out to even say hey sry we can’t do anything for you so they wait till I go get in my truck then come out and leave smh like if u didn’t want to wait that’s fine but u should have just said that on the phone I can 100% understand that but knowing someone is coming tht far and when they get there 2 mins after u can’t even say hey sry we can do anything? I will not be giving any of my business or family’s business at AutoZone ever again!!!!

  If i could give this 0 stars I would. The complete lack of customer service is EMBARRASSING. I wish I got the names of the man I spoke with because that was the most unprofessional and unhelpful situation I’ve dealt with. It was today 12/31 that my friend called up to that store and spoke with a lady about a part that she needed and said she would write down her name and hold the part for her when she came to pick it up later. When she arrived there were only two men there, and when she explained the situation they cut her off and just said “it’s just us” and kept cutting her off to say that again. No understanding. No help. Nothing but pure ignorance and rudeness.And when I tried to call to figure out the situation, I got hung up on. TERRIBLE customer service, and you should not be allowed to work with customers if you don’t know how to speak to them. Figure out your employee situation because this is NOT IT.
