Store was very busy but staff still took the time to scan our car, diagnose the problem, and even lend us personal tools so we could get back on the road. Really grateful, would recommend. The lady on the phone barely who spoke English said she would look it up, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Another lady answered and asks if I've "been helped", I said no and asked again, She says "is there anything else I can help you with?" Maybe have the people who speak English pick up the phone?
