I went in the other day for a car part and when I was ready to check out I went to the register that did not have any customers cause a younger guy had a line of like 3 customers. When I tried to check out, Brian the general manager, had told me that the other worker would help me. This guy had no customers and was not doing anything that he could not take 2 minutes away from. Extremely disappointment in Brian for making the other employee handle every single customer that came in while he sat at the computer.

He was patient, kind, and never made me feel like a burden for asking questions — which is huge, because I almost never ask for help. I haven’t been in Indy long, and his kindness made me feel safe and supported in a moment I really needed it. I’m so grateful for the way he treated me, and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this store because of him.
