I am so appreciative of Brenna, store manager, who was understanding and patient given the issue with my car. I know next to nothing about cars and she took the time to explain what was going on to me and family members as well. It may have taken some time, but we got the issue resolved and I am very grateful. Would highly recommended this store if you're looking for kind, approachable people who are willing to even go above and beyond if needed. Thank you!

I went in today inquiring about my car told them that it wouldn’t start earlier today and I was finally able to get it started I asked if they would be able to check my battery, check oil just a diagnostic to see if anything is wrong with the car. I was told it’s probably the weather and to check back once it’s 32 degrees or higher. I wasn’t satisfied I took it to another place and they ran a diagnostic and my battery was at 37% . How can someone tell me that the reason my car is having problems is because of the weather? A car can break down any time, any season, I asked twice to have it checked but no worries I was able to get my car fixed, they missed out on a sale. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

I went in and a couple of the employees helped me but the main one I want to recognize was, BRENNA!! not me, the kind and helpful manager named Brenna! Thank you so much for not only your professionalism but your humanity! I was cold, overwhelmed and you and your team helped me tonight!! So thank you!!
