  I cannot tell you what a life saver this store was for me and my daughter. Noah and Robert went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. They were kind and patient and didn't make us feel less than or stupid. Thank you Auto Zone!

  I had a flat tire on the side of the road not too far from the AutoZone on Southport Rd. The lug nuts were stripped and I was at my end. I really don't know what I would have done without the manager and crew members who went above and beyond to help me. I'm now a customer for life. Thank you Auto Zone!

  My mom and I stopped in at the Auto Zone off Southport & Bluff Rd because her car was running hot and her heater wasn't working. A really kind and helpful man named Michael came out, looked under her hood, looked for leaks under the car and even looked at the inside floorboard for condensation. He filled her car with radiator fluid and her heater began working again. He was so patient with my elderly, frantic mom. He reassured her and taught her what to look for in the future. Michael is the epitome of what is good in this world. His kindness, patience and care for her safety was refreshing to witness. Thank you, Michael, for helping us and giving my mom peace of mind that her car was safe to drive.

  I showed up to this AutoZone at 8:55 PM tonight, knowing they close at 9:00 PM. I already knew exactly what part I needed and would have been in and out, paid and everything, in literally less than two minutes. As I was walking up to the entrance, a bigger male employee looked right at me and locked the door. It was still five minutes before closing time! From a business standpoint, this is absolutely unacceptable. The posted business hours are 9:00 PM, and locking out customers who are there before the official closing time is lazy and terrible customer service. They clearly prioritized leaving early over making a quick, easy sale. If you can't be bothered to stay open until your posted hours, change your hours. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. DO NOT rely on this location if you need a part close to closing time.

  I really hope the younger gentleman who used to work at this location is still working here because the 2 elderly man and women I had the "pleasure" of being "helped" by were somewhat condescending. They repeatedly kept telling me they don't do this and that (but I understood that the FIRST time they told me) and can't help or "aren't/don't even have to help." Also told me they'd help me though because they're nice even though Im giving them attitude - because I told them I understand that theyre unable to do anything but readings on the dashboard??? I never asked them to donanything they alreadybonce told me, tgat theyre unable to do. Mind you, all I asked was to help me find information in an area of my dashboard that I am unaware of, to see what type of part I need. They didn't tell any other helpful information nor told any other alternatives available either. I am not a car person whatsoever so I felt rather dismissed and ofcourse, not assisted whatsoever.
