  The manager Roxanne was great, my battery was dead although i bought it from autozone.com 4 months previous. I jumped my car and went to this Autozone, left the car running and went inside, told someone at the counter and they got Roxanne. I had never filed out the warrenty from the purchase online, but she took my ID, and resolved the warrenty herself for me. She then upgraded my battery because the line I received from the autozone.com had been discontinued. The upgrade was to the tune of 35$. The whole time I was there, I didn't have to take out my wallet except to give her my ID. They took out the old battery and replaced with the upgrade themselves too of course. This is how business should be done.

  I asked for a part at Raymond St., Auto zone and they told me that it was at the Thompson and Emerson store and verified that I was there and then when I had someone go pick it up it was the wrong part it would not fit and it was already verified that they had the part in stock so the part had to be taken back to the store in Beech Grove wasting my time trying to fix my vehicle and then they told me that it was not available at any AutoZone In Indianapolis, so I had to go to another auto store to get the part just a waste of my time and then when I called to say something about it, the man acted like it was my fault and that what was he supposed to do about it what do you want me to do about it? I said I don’t know. Maybe you should give me a discount on something else and he said what should I give you a discount on? We don’t have your part I said that’s just not right. I spent my money on my time all night trying to get this part and you left me hanging gave me the wrong part and then told me it was my fault. Just totally wrong. I’ll never buy anything from AutoZone again.

  My windshield wiper ripped this morning. I stopped after work not having any idea what my sizes were. I went to the young man at the computer for assistance. He asked me my make and model. He then asked if my car was there. I said yes and he went outside and came back in. He led me to the wipers. He explained the differences between the prices. I stated one in the middle. He told me about how long the one that I chose would last. He was very knowledgeable. I checked out and then he asked if he could replace them for me. We went to my car and he immediately replaced them used a flat board to protect my windshield. I am very impressed with his speed and allowing me to understand the quality of the blade i chose. Great job young man!
