My husband asked the sales person if he could help him put the wipers on. The sales person told him we don't help or put on wipers. I knew this was not true. I was just there 3 days before with my car and they installed them for me. Then I went to the site and it says they install windshield wipers. I believe the man was racist and didn't want to install them. My husband went back in showed him the site and he well we don't install rear wipers. Which is another lie. I will never spend another dime there. We have 3 cars and I'm there often.

Tried calling another one closer to me but the fellow who answered the phone was unable to say whether or not they could change the battery in a 2009 Toyota Yaris if I buy the battery from them. Called this location (on Rockville road) and it was not a problem at all. They know what they're doing. Great team!
