One of my stops was right before to we were to get some major rain. I desperately needed to windshield wipers. One of the young men came out to help me replace my blades. There was one blade left to replace and it started absolutely POURING. The young man didn’t stop until he got that wiper on and the blade didn’t make it easy for him!

I have ordered a few things for pickup & each time I had to either call or go up there because they never sent me an email letting me know my order was picked. When I went to pickup, they would just now pick my order. Never go to this store!!!

Akeisha (I can't remember how to spell her name, so sorry!) was particularly wonderful-- when I purchased the wrong coolant she came out into the cold to check under the hood of my car and helped me to quickly process a refund. She also helped me change the battery in my car key. I will definitely be going back to this AutoZone in future! Thank you, Akeisha!

I didn’t know that and I was just confused and instead of explaining that he yelled at me and slammed at the old battery, on top of that he gave me the wrong battery, so I had to come back and deal with he’s attitude twice. Also no help whatsoever, if you see Ian just walk away from that store
