  If I could give zero stars I would I just bought my battery about 7 months ago My car has been down so the battery died. So I take my battery that I just bought 7 months ago from AutoZone over to the one I purchased it from on Raymond Street do look me in my face and told me I had a bad battery. Haven't even had the battery a whole year. Told the dude okay took my battery and left went to another AutoZone that sales person took it charge my battery right on up. Why lie why have me pay for a whole another battery and the battery I have is good tell me I had a bad battery.

  I asked you about parts at Raymond St., AutoZone and they told me they called and they had them at the Thompson and Emerson store in Beech Grove and then when I sent somebody to get them, they gave them some and then when they came back, it was the wrong part and then they went back to tell them about it and they said that they don’t have the part anywhere in town and then when I called to ask why they even called and verified that the part was there that they didn’t have the right part the guy asked me what am I supposed to do about it? What am I going to do, what do you want me to do? That was bull crap why are they sending me to a store when they looked the part up and told me to go to a different part of town to get it and then they don’t have it anywhere in town that’s wrong. The guy said he wasn’t gonna do anything from me for me and then hung up. The phone. Didn’t even offer me any kind of discount or anything on future parts nothing just hung the phone up that’s bullshit.

  went in to buy a funnel to put oil in and the lady said oh we have paper ones but they were out she grabbed a couple pieces of paper made it into a cone stapled it worked perfect another lady came outside to help me figure out how to adjust my headlights I wasn't for sure after 3 or 4 minutes we're looking at them and now I know how they're just my headlights they were just very pleasant very nice place was clean snow could have been removed a little bit more but hey we have a lot of snow right now I'll be back

  didnt have what I needed but called 3 other stores to find it and make sure they actually had it in stock b4 I went to get it
