He identified the check engine light issue and got me the part in under 10 minutes. He saved me hundreds of dollars, was VERY fast (you can see his hustle basically speed walking around). - CEC EOct 25, 20251.0It’s really disappointing to see managers belittle employees in front of customers. The young man who helped me was very nice. We had to ask the manager a question and he did help, but not without pointing out the employees small mistakes like asking for my phone number which I would not have given anyway. Then the manager walks away saying “Too late now! Sorry, it’s his first day.” That makes it even worse! So it’s this nice young man’s first day and you are making him feel bad in front of customers. Does he not realize there is a learning curve in every new job? And if he made a mistake, let him know in a respectful and motivating way. I told the young man he should quit because if he’s being treated like that on the first day, it’s not a good sign. I probably will not come back to this location because it’s disgusting to witness a power trip and belittling of a young person trying to start a new job. Be better. And train your managers to have respect and maybe take a class in creative leadership.
