  La verdad es que el servicio es decepcionante, los cajeros atienden de muy mala gana y andan hasta escuchando música, cuando uno necesita ser atendido pronto, también responden groseramente, hoy me atendió Joseph Daniels empleado del AutoZone, y honestamente no sabe lo que hace, le hice una pregunta en relación a mi resivo y me dió una respuesta muy tonta y al final dijo nose que es, le pregunté a otro empleado Larmie y el si me dió una respuesta, pero Joseph atiende de mala gana y sin respeto al cliente además de que mientras me atendía, solo estaba enfocado en irse a casa, diciéndole a su compañero que ya se tenía que ir, cuando había bastante gente, no entiendo porque AutoZone no cuida de sus empleados, para mi esta dejando de ser un buen lugar de partes para carros, prefiero ir a O'REILY'S auto parts, ahí si atienden como el cliente se merece y los precios y partes son mejores, adios AutoZone un cliente menos.

  This is the worst auto zone I’ve ever been to. The worst experience ever I went up there today 1/26/26 to get a battery for my car. I asked the Caucasian male working the register if they can install my battery. He seemed like he was new because he asked the African American male on the other register if he could install my battery. The African American male with dreads came over with a disgustingly rude attitude and said no he cannot do that and I need to wait an hour or 2 for the next shift for them to come in and change my battery to my truck. His demeanor presentation & attitude was horrible even the Caucasian employee was looking at him sideways because he just didn’t want to help me and he told the Caucasian male he couldn’t help me. Mind you the store was hardly busy maybe one other customer. This was horrible and he blatantly lied to my face when another auto zone referred me to them. When I called the auto zone that referred them to me I was told they lie and cheat their customers to get them out of their face and store. 0 stars they’re the most GHT

  I just had the rudest customer service experience ever. When I looked at his name tag, it said store manager. Seriously? That’s the person running this place? I’d rather have my car break down than come back here again.
