The gentleman there, Chris, put on his winter coat, gloves and hat and in freezing conditions installed my battery without complaint, attitude or impatience. He was kind, personable and it was a refreshing moment of customer service in today’s world. I can tell Chris is a leader and a kind/compassionate person. People like Chris will make me drive past other autozone just to go to that one. AutoZone- you have a good one! Thanks again, Chris! Merry Christmas ☺️
