It had quite a few issues such as steering fluid leaking , and battery light coming on. Dre helped me get all the things that I needed and was so kind and polite. I really appreciated his helpfulness. Great customer service skills, Dre !!!!

A few months ago, my car was randomly not starting during a really difficult time in my life while I was in clinicals. I absolutely could not afford to be late or miss a day, and it was late at night and freezing cold. Nathan didn’t hesitate for a second — even though he looked like he wasn’t feeling well himself — he went above and beyond to help me change my car battery and made sure I was safe and able to get back on the road. Fast forward to today, I came in just to buy windshield wipers, and once again Nathan exceeded expectations by installing them on my car without hesitation or being asked. His kindness, work ethic, and genuine care for people truly stand out. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or impersonal, Nathan consistently shows compassion, patience, and professionalism. AutoZone is incredibly lucky to have him, and customers like me are beyond grateful. Thank you, Nathan, for showing up for people when it matters most. 🙏✨
