  Stay away from this location. They'll ring up items you didn't ask for and not tell you hoping you don't notice, like a packet of spark plug boot grease. They won't return a part or tool because it's been opened although how else would I know it was defective. And the next excuse was they didn't have that much money in the register to refund me even though I paid with a card. How does that make sense? I paid to loan a compression tester, silly me didn't double check it and found out later on half the components were missing. Loaned a gear puller once and the impact bolts were replaced with stainless ones that of course snapped. Like holy crap auto zone get your shit together.

  I don’t often leave reviews for places, but I have to shout out Mauricio (apologies if spelled incorrectly) for going above and beyond to help me replace my headlight on my car. I had attempted to do it myself and mistakenly replaced the incorrect one. He went the extra mile to not only fix the error that I made but also replace the new headlight that really needed it. He also did this at night during the cold snap we just had with no complaints. Super thankful for his kindness and customer service.

  Came on here to praise the manager who helped me tonight. Helped me when he didnt have to, with a wiper that i did not have a receipt for. One of those new kind of wipers I didnt know how to install (after years of installing wipers) and he even came out and showed me how to install it. VERY GREATFUL! Thank you for going above and beyond when you didnt have to!

  The store manager was completely rude. I had gone in there with my father to ask about some parts that I needed pricing on this was going in which would have totaled out to about 800$ buy in parts he was very rude and huffed and puffed when we asked about the third part we needed I proceeded to ask him if there was a problem and he very rudely again answered no.. we decided to take our money elsewhere to buy the parts. Very very unprofessional service. It’s crazy how his employees were much kinder than him.
