And online it said they were in stock at that store. She aggressively argued with us that Auto Zone does NOT have $19.99 shocks and that the $71 shocks were all that they had. I showed her my phone which had the part number, she looked it up and went and got the shocks we asked for. No apology for being wrong, arguing with us or being aggressive with us. It was extremely stressful for your customer. I usually have good experience at Auto Zone but not tonight with her. Unacceptable..
