We could not figure out why our battery would not hold a charge. Vontrell took time to find the problem which was that we needed a new battery. He looked up history on the battery and found it was out of warranty. A new battery was more than what we could spend before we were paid the following Friday. Vontrell found a reconditioned battery for us at a fraction of the cost. Helped put it in the car and gave us the store card in case we had issues later that day. His knowledge and personable demeanor are the exception to the rule. He is by far not someone you come across everyday. If I had a business I would want this man running it. This is why we come to AutoZone and can’t say enough about this man. Thank you for taking the time to help us and for going above and beyond to get us back on the road. You are the secret sauce of any successful business.
