He was super nice and helpful, but it was his first day. I don’t think it’s appropriate to have anyone opening the store in the morning and working til close but especially someone when it’s their first day.. I stopped coming to this store about 2 years ago because of the staff, and they could never find any parts I needed with the store being such a mess. I started coming back about 6 months ago and I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was great, always very knowledgeable and polite. It looks like it’s going back down hill quickly. I’m not sure what happened, but this is the second time I have had problems in the last week and a half. It’s like night and day difference. I am very disappointed to have to drive out of my way again to get parts because I will not continue to come here.
