I told her what was going on, she tested my battery, gave me the break down so I could understand. Then told me my best option given the situation I was in. Reluctantly I listened only because I didn't want to pay $120 for a new battery, but it was worth it. Nikki was nice, she was prompt relatable and ultimately the reason I made it back safely!

Waited for the gentleman to get off the phone. By the way the gentleman‘s name was Eduardo as I try to ask this gentleman where to find the items he proceeded to help another gentleman that just walked in in front of me he was very rude and told me that that’s not the line and if I needed to be helped, I need to get in line I stood there for five minutes before this man came in and Eduardo was very rude! I left and went to the AutoZone at 5050 W. Washington St. the gentlemen There were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for good service.
