  I contacted Bond Trailer Service after finding them on Google while searching for a custom hitch installation. The hitch was going on a shuttle bus with several obstacles in the way (water tanks, electrical lines, rear platform, etc.). I knew the project required careful planning and custom work. Jason responded promptly to my email, and we quickly set up an appointment to review the project in person. During that visit, he walked through every detail with me, explained the options clearly, and even provided a preliminary price on the spot. We then coordinated a schedule that worked well for both of us. The work was completed professionally and within the agreed-upon timeframe. I couldn’t be happier with the communication, response time, level of custom service, and overall quality of the work. I would highly recommend Bond Trailer Service to anyone needing custom work done!
