  These guys were fantastic and really helped me get a full set of tires installed. They had one tire that was out of stock but was at another location and were able to get that moved over to their store quickly and I didn't have to wait for them to do that. I was able to go home and they called me to come back and got it all done while I was there. I do suggest that if you need some things done you will be waiting a couple of hours for it to get finished. Making an appointment would help but having somebody take you elsewhere and come back once it's done so you're not sitting there for too long is the smartest thing to do

  I was here for almost 2 hours before they told me they never ordered my tires. They let me wait for an hour and a half before even moving my car. They then waited 15 more minutes before telling me they never actually ordered my tires like they said they did and they don't have any in stock. The associate didn't even apologize, just said he'd "make it right" if I gave them my business. For some reason, they still changed the wheel caps and tore out my dash cam. I'd definitely suggest driving a little further to the Fishers location--they're a million times more helpful. They did the entire install and an alignment in maybe 2 hours. I'd hate to imagine how long I'd be at the Castleton location if they were actually competent.

  So Belle Tire, let me just say thank you! You didn't sell me anything or perform a service. However you unknowingly have saved my butt yet again with the free air at all your locations! It is something I can count on. Truck tires sometimes need more umpf then what gas station air can provide, truck stations normally are equipped with air but it is normally on the big rig side and it is odd for a little vehicle to be over there. Thanks for being my hero tonight!

  I work with Belle Tire on a weekly basis for my job. Jacob is always courteous, professional, and reliable. Because of Jacob, not only do I send this location all of my work's tire and alignment services, but my personal vehicles and referrals too. Thank ya'll!

  Scheduled an appointment, after calling and asking if they had my tire in stock which they said they did. Went to the appointment, waited 2 hours for them to tell me they they actually didn't have the tires and that they'd have to schedule me during the work week. This is ridiculous that now I have to take time off work and wasted my weekend because they can't keep track of their own appointments and inventory. Do not go to this location.
