  I bought tires there that are under warranty.....needed to have 2 of them replaced to be told that they don't have any in stock that none of the stores in Indiana do and that the closest place is Chicago. That they would have to be ordered. Now I understand things happen, but how do you not keep things in stock like that. You're a tire store. I specifically came to you and bought tires that are under warranty and it's any emergency to get them fixed but no one has any. Crazy to me! And please don't leave me an automated post about how you're sorry. Honestly that is just going to piss me off more as an automated response does not fix the problem at had and will not offer any resolution to the problem. Thank you

  I will never do business here again! I went there for a tire rotation and ended up spending 3000+ dollars! I feel like they take advantage of women. I was given conflicting prices for the tires that they said I needed , then I sold a cheaper tire for the same price as the original tires that were on my vehicle and it made my truck look cheap! I complained and asked that they remove those tires and give me the original tires that were on my truck. I ended up paying $40 more in total for the original brand that they should have offered in the first place. They also said that I needed hub bearings and that I was going to start hearing noise in a couple of days. Well, the noises started immediately after they touch my truck! Long story short, I will never do business with these crooks again! I was able to talk with other customers while I waited on my vehicle and they had similar horror stories and said that they will not be coming back either.

  Absolutely horrible place took my car there twice in a week spent 2000.00 dollars and my front passenger side still sounds like my tire is playing basketball after picking car up the second time got 10 minutes down the road and heard the noise my husband immediately called them and the rude salesman told my husband there's nothing else we can do take it to the dealer and hung up and not to mention the same salesman didn't give my husband military discount on first time and the second time was told by the manager 10% for military discount and that same salesman only wanted to give him 5% complete waste of money this place doesn't care if you spend 2000.00 dollars and your car is the same as when it was dropped off I recommend going somewhere else for repairs because this place can not diagnosis front end suspension problems properly let alone fix them!!!!!!!!!!
