Johnny D is an absolute legend. Called in needing headlights replaced on my vehicle and he quickly found high quality parts that would work. He even saved me over $100 on what a nearby mechanic shop was trying to charge for a lesser product. In the end, I got better headlights and he went above and beyond to assist with installation. I would highly recommend this AutoZone location based off this experience alone.

My check engine light came on. I went here and let the store tech know that. He came out with a scanner and plugged it in under the left side of my dash to find the problem. When the scan finished we went in, he plugg6it into the computer and the make, model, and VIN plus the problem. He printed the report for me! It was the gas cap!! ALL OF THAT FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE! I love AutoZone!❤️

Excellent professional and timely service tonight! My battery was dead in the nearby Costco parking lot. I called my roadside service to have my battery jumped. Once my car started running at 6:30pm I called Autozone Castleton to see if I could buy a battery and have it installed tonight. The people I spoke to there told me I could. My new battery was installed by 7pm. The people at this Autozone location are professional and polite. They REALLY helped me out in a critical situation tonight. I will definitely be a repeat Autozone customer. Thank you.

I bought calipers and brake fluid for my car on Saturday March 14. 2026. I paid $304 and my card was charged twice. I called the store on Saturday as soon as I received notice from my bank my account was overdrawn. I was told those were pending charges and one would fall off. No both of those transactions posted. When I called yesterday I was told to contact my bank to stop the payment. No my bank charges a fee for that and she needed to refund my $304. She also said there was only one sale in their system. I told her to stop looking at their POS system and look at the bank for my card number ending in xxxx. She would see two transactions. She was going to send an email to someone internally and wouldn't include me in the email chain. My money has been tied up since Saturday and today is Wednesday March 18 and the money still isn't back in my account. I am a long time customer, just someone who buys items to keep my car running, lights, windshield wipers, washer, oil, brakes. Very disappointed in how this issue is being handled.
