  I arrived at 130am and the whole parking garage was empty! No rentals at all no even with other agencies. At least 30 ot 50 people stranded trying to call for rides at 2am. The counter staff said they would reimburse our ride shares. I paid 75$ for a lyft and ahve reached out 3x, but they refuse to communicate the process for reimbursement. It was very rude to not even email me regarding the horrible inconvenience. Be careful you are also not stranded if you book late!!!!!!

  This was my second time renting from Alamo. The small line of renters, moved fast. Since I had filled everything out on line prior, there was no delay getting my agreement quickly processed and headed to my car. The rep behind the counter was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Once at the pick up station, the gentleman recognized my COPD flairing up. He had me stay there and went to bring my car to me. Hail to courteous people at Alamo.

  We rented a car at Phoenix Sky Harbor. The rental process was as easy as could be. I used the website to skip the line and the kiosk. Walked off the plane, went to the rental center, got in a car and drove off. Very easy! The return was just as easy.

  Indianapolis Airport Alamo car rental exceeded our expectations. Price was very fair, car was in great shape, process was easy and fast. Everyone we worked with was genuinely helpful. I now have a favorite car rental in Indianapolis. Thank you!
