- RSRosa SearsDec 14, 20255.0We were just in there. Haley and her coworker are amazing. Had trouble with a wiper blade and they were quick to help. -1 degree and they didn't bat an eye at coming out to help! Great customer service!! They definitely need recognition and a raise!
- SES EllisonJan 11, 20221.0I wouldn't do business with them again. Probably would keep me from going to any location after my experience. My wife bought a new battery and even tho they still advertise they swap them out they put a new battery on a cart with no tools and refused to help. I searched thru my tools and asked them if they had an extension and they said yes but apparently I wasn't allowed to use it. The guy stood on the other side of the door about 10ft away and watched us fight it with the wrong tools. I sure wasn't going to go buy an extension from him after spending 220 on a battery. It wasn't a manning issue either. One last thing we were the only customers.

After waiting an hour for the manager to return at O'Reilly cause the kid didn't know how to install? O'Reilly couldn't be bothered with me. Really? A battery? That I am sure was purchased from them. Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
