  Chase is the MAN! I would go back just because of his customer service. Communicated clearly and on-time during the process. Vehicle was exactly what we needed and he made sure to get it for us when there was shortages. Hopefully you will still be there when we need to do this again. Thank you very much Chase.

  I called this location multiple times but it would always go to their automated reservation call centers. I ended up making a reservation through the call center to pick up a car here. I asked the lady on the pho e to make sure she checked the inventory at this location before making the reservation as I didn't want to drive more than 45 minutes if there would be no cars available. When I arrived the guy the front desk said nothing was available. Apparently three of his fleet cars needed an "oil change". Unacceptable. This whole location is grossly mismanaged. Stay away if you value your time and energy. Terrible experience. I won't be coming here in the future.

  Service was quick and easy. Customer service was courteous and respectful, including calls to make sure my reservation was in good standing! Everything workout great and our trip was a success!

  Signed up a week in advance for a car rental d/t work being done on my car. Arrived today at 4p to pick it up and the “manager” had given my reserved car to someone else. He said he called me around 1p which I don’t answer phones while at work and this was the earliest I could get over. To say I was pissed is an understatement. His answer?? I tried calling you but because I didn’t hear back I had to give the car to someone else. To compound matters I was frustrated with his lack of empathy for the situation which I used some curse words and because of that the “manager” said he would’ve tried to get me a car in Ft Wayne but because I cursed he refused to help with getting a car…all saying it with a smirk on his face. Clearly this “manager” can’t handle disgruntled customers so he chooses to assure that I will never rent from that place again. But I’m sure he’s smiling away for using his position to be as unhelpful as possible. Wouldn’t even admit he made a mistake…only that he didn’t believe I was picking it up which justified him giving my reserved car away. Never had an issue with enterprise before until this guy. Hope the power trip was worth it
