Monro could have done additional work based on my expectations and charged me for unnecessary work.

I end up buying tires from them the next day but a different person up front. I was told the day before 45 min to an hr , when I had them put on it took 2.5 hrs Come to find out the tire machine wasn’t working so it took twice as long as expected. That’s the only complaint I had. Everything else was excellent from both individuals I talked with at the front desk. I will return.
