I was told that “during their inspection” my tread was found to be low and he tried to sell me new tires. The current tires have less than 30K miles and tread is 4/32. I declined the new tires. After getting home I checked the tires. When I take a car in for tire rotation I always mark my tires to make sure a tire rotation is actually done. It was not. I called and when I questioned was told tread was too low to rotate as best tread was already on the back. I believe he should have told me my tires weren’t rotated when he called to try to sell me new tires. When I questioned why my invoice showed a tire rotation service, he said that automatically prints on there which seems unlikely to me. I’ve lost any trust in this location and will not return.
