- ZCzac cassidyDec 23, 20251.0Seem like nice people but very expensive, I was quoted 30 bucks per tire to have my new tires put on and they told me sorry they told you wrong and its going to be around 40 bucks per tire, thats a horrible high price and I see why they don't get much business, but long story short they couldn't but on so took my ebay tires to Walmart and they put on for like 20 per tire so you save big with Walmart but I still need a wheel bearing replaced but not going to be over charged to have done and that's why I never asked for a price on that

However, they recently rolled out a service center for phone call appointments which used to be quick, easy and reliable, now, the call center takes five or more minutes just to have not put my appointment in so I get there and have to schedule another appointment. In person they got it sorted and scheduled, but the call center was completely and utterly useless.

Monro could have done additional work based on my expectations and charged me for unnecessary work.
