They messed up our reservation, did not make sure our ordered vehicle was even there, and was ZERO help from that point. They said "well we called." Yeah. They called early morning from an unrecognized phone number and left NO message to alert us that they didn't have our vehicle. That would have saved us a trip there! Instead we drive to town and find out about this debacle. They had several days to take care of this and make sure they had our order on the lot. Never again. 😡
