- DLdale leeJan 2, 20262.0Compared to travel plazas in NY and Ohio, these Indiana ones are subpar. Smaller restrooms, missing soap dispensers, only a couple forced air hand dryers. Stupid placement of entrance in relation to the gas pumps for gasoline vehicles. These just show IN is step below, but not necessarily dealbreakers, for me. The absolute worst thing though is gas pumps section, compared to the other states, these IN ones only have 12 pumps. Yesterday January 1, 2026, when I stopped at least 3 of those pumps were broken/not in service. One or two additional pumps looked like they have the gas or diesel nozzles, yanked off the pumps; idk didn't see them anywhere. Ended up having to circle the pumps and play the freaking waiting game, at this gas station that only services traffic ONE WAY (westbound)! Sunoco manages the gas station of the plaza, a company I've never really heard of much before, clearly bargin bin crap company seeing the state of this place.

The burger was thrown in the bag sideways so it all fell apart before even had a chance at it, and was such a mess I couldn't even eat it. The cheese tasted terrible, the meat was mediocre at best, and the bacon on it was only bacon bits, not even strips of Apple wood smoked bacon like the images and description showed. The Fry's were also mediocre. Over priced garbage is the best way to describe this food and experience.
