    I had the best experience at this establishment yesterday. I was at the gym, in the same parking lot as Advanced Auto Parts. When I came out, my car would not start. It was freezing outside and snowing. I walked over to AAP and was greeted by a friendly face, a good sense of humor and HELP! Bruce didn't hesitate to come out in the awful weather and try to jump my car. When that didn't work, he spoke to my husband on the phone, helped me buy a battery, installed the battery and got me on my way in a very short amount of time. I was so grateful for Bruce and have been singing his praises to my friends and family since he helped me. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you to Bruce and AAP for all of your help.

    Ordered a battery today for one of our vehicles, second time in just over a year. Ordered online and picked up in store. Was greeted by Bruce at the counter who recognized our current (dead) battery as one of their own. He looked up our information and realized our old battery was under warranty and set us up with a new one under warranty. He could have just taken our old one and given us our core charge back and given us our online order. But he went above and beyond saving us a ton of money. That is great customer service! Thank you Bruce for the help!!!!!

    Each time I have needed parts for a repair or anybody asks me where to shop for auto parts, I always choose Advance in Hobart. The manager, Bruce, leads his team well making sure they are always polite, professional, and have the product knowledge needed to assist customers. Thank you Hobart team and I will see you again the next time I have to make any repair.

    Was told part would be next day and wasn’t. When asked the cashier became rude and didn’t care that the information was wrong on the screen when asked me to verify and told him it was wrong. Thankful the part worked
