  Super slow. Have been to the shop 3 times ina week. First I got new tires which come with an alignment and that’s where the problems started. So I get tires and wait all shift for an alignment. Shop closes so I come back and Drop my truck off right when they open the following day and don’t get it back till the shop is closing. Still no alignment. Here I am third time in a week trying to get just an alignment and it still takes them 8 hours to get that done. Will not be going back.

  My experie was ok fair price decent service . One problem though service teck damaged my wheel stud and lug nut. They didn't seem too worried about only four lugs on a tire . I understand these things happen but they didn't offer a repair or concern about missing a lug . I was rather upset about no concern for my safety. This was at the Highland store . So I'll probably try tge schererville store in the future .

  I just called them again and at first they said around 12 now they're telling me not till 2 and I had to cancel my doctor's appointment for this and they are not honest at all at first it was supposed to be at 9 am and then when I went in there no tires THEY DIDN'T ORDER THEM NOTHING 😑 I FELT STUPID AND WORTHLESS MY TIME IS JUST HAS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY SORRY FOR WHAT FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A JERK AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND I KNOW IT DOESN'T BOTHER THEM ABOUT NOT BEING HONEST OR FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER SO DON'T GO THERE 😔 😢

  I booked an online appointment, was seen on my scheduled date to remove my spare and to replace with a new tire. The wait time was about an hour. The team was professional, courteous and polite. Their service is recognized, appreciated and recommended.

  I will never use tire barn ever again! I went in there looking for a cheaper to mid grade tire and the one I was looking for they said was discontinued. They didn’t offer to order me any cheaper ones and sold me one that was twice the price. They never told me that they could order the tires for me. I wish I had looked around before taking my car in there. There’s plenty of places that will charge half the amount as I spent with them. i’m extremely upset with the service I got. Not great customer service either.
