I was in a car accident August 18, 2025 my vehicle was towed to the Gerber in Highland Indiana. My date for pick up was August 29, 2025 the date has been changed 5 times. I spoke to Johnny several times and was informed that one of the parts was repaired and when they got the new part the part didn't fit, so they had to order another part. When I filled out the paperwork I clearly stated that I wanted new parts so why on earth would try to repair a damaged part. So then I was told my vehicle would be ready for pick up September 5, 2025 So, once again I had to call them to find out the status and was told by Johnny that the person that was repairing my vehicle left early and it wasn't ready and it would be ready Monday August 8,2025. I called to confirm with Natalia and she informed me that they were detailing the vehicle and the notes stated the pick up would be today. I took back the rental and went to Gerber to find out that it wasn't ready because the air conditioner now doesn't work. So Natalia sent a email to get me back in a rental she asked if a Tahoe was good? I told her it didn't have to be that big because of my driveway and the narrow street I live on. So the rental place picked me up and I found out that I had to pay the deposit and they only approve $27.00 you can't get any SUV for that amount. So they went from 8-29 to 9-3 to 9-5 to 9-8 now 9-10 and might not be ready then because they are still trying to figure out why the AC isn't working. If you want inconsistency, lack of communication, doesn't pay attention to details, not a honest shop and incompetence this is the repair shop for you.
