  Had to bring my car into the body shop for some repairs. Was referred by insurance to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Highland, IN. Mark picked me up from the collision center and was super friendly. Had a great conversation on the way to the rental agency. He introduced me to Jovana, who was so nice with a great personality. She got me in and out in no time. Really had an awesome experience. Jovana and Mark's customer service was 10 out of 10!!! I've used this location a few times as needed. Different faces, but customer service is always awesome! Thank you guys and gals, keep up the great work.

  The team in highland are great and alway informative regarding the best car for your need. They are an attentive team and my favorite enterprise to rent from.

  Britney terrible at customer service. Grabbed my phone aggressively. First one in the door as soon as they opened and was very unwelcoming and not friendly very unhelpful . She should not hold a customer facing job
