Once I got a hold of someone, I was put on hold and then hung up on. When I called back I was told it was another "Jo" that hung up on me earlier. Was told they didn't have anything to seat 7 people which is what I needed. I asked if they could look for one at another location, after a long wait, I was told they did have mini van at their location. I was offered pick up/drop off service when applying for the car but then was told they don't actually provide those services on the weekend.

Booked a rental here they tried to say my license was fake because of there blue light I felt there vibe way before they ran my license. I’ve had the same license for over 5 years so I asked them to continue a different way of verifying like a REAL ID SCANNER. because there was clearly something wrong with the light, they declined. I honestly feel like this was racially motivated serval whites come and left and they gave them no problems was much more pleasant and helpful to them mind you I’m 33 years old I’m not a teenager or anything I asked for a supervisor they also declined. I explained that I ubered there was only renting a car because mine was in the shop until Thursday had my own insurance also and several other forms of id. I went to an enterprise 15 mins away and had no problems. A lesson learned I will never go back.
