  I want to give a huge shoutout to Takisha and Chris for providing absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I arrived, they made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. They set me up with a clean, comfortable rental car and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail—no confusion, no rushing, just patience and professionalism. They were also incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout the process, even coordinating for me to be picked up from Caliber Collision and arranging it so I could return the car right back to Caliber Collision for an easy drop-off. That level of convenience made all the difference and truly showed how much they care about their customers. To top it all off, they gave me a courtesy call after the return to confirm that everything was taken care of and let me know my deposit would be refunded soon. It was such a simple gesture but meant so much in terms of communication and peace of mind. My husband and I genuinely appreciate everything they did. Thank you, Takisha and Chris, for making what could have been a stressful situation feel comfortable, easy, and even pleasant. Your professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed! 🌟🚗✨

  Warning: Dishonest Practices at Enterprise – Highland Location I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this Enterprise location in highland . When I picked up my rental, the vehicle was dirty and already had visible scratches, paint missing from the rearview mirror, and other damage around the car. The employee who assisted me was in a rush, pointed out some of the issues, and assured me they were already documented so I wouldn’t be held responsible. I even cleaned the car myself after leaving because of how dirty it was. As instructed, I returned the rental to Crash Champions in the exact same condition I received it. Several days later, I was shocked to receive a notice claiming I owed over $2,000 for “new damages.” Enterprise also falsely claimed they had tried to contact me, but I was the one who had to reach out first regarding my deposit. Only then did they mention the supposed damages. I have reported this situation to my insurance company, filed a dispute, and will also be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for falsely accusing me of damages that were already present. The employee at pickup clearly failed to document the car properly, and now they’re trying to hold me responsible for their mistake. I strongly recommend avoiding this Enterprise location in Highland — they are dishonest and unprofessional.

  Brittany set us up with the best ride on the road for a slight up charge totally worth it! Tameka closed us out upon return with a great smile and awesome customer service all the way around. Their military discount really saved me hundreds! Enterprise in Highland Rocks!

  Mostly good 👍🏻😎 Bt there really need to be more flexibility in pickup times And mostly more choices of cars, better cars, and cars with varying passenger capacities They lack in that terribly Bt nt 5hat other options around are better Then one is left with renting out form Merrillville
