Unfortunately, the employee I interacted with was very rude and did not show basic respect when speaking to me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, and that was not the case here. I hope management addresses this behavior so that other travelers don't have a similar experience. Truck drivers and travelers deserve better service.
