  Very professional, van was so clean and fun to drive. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend, I will rent from them again.

  Schereville location is awful. I reserved a vehicle 2 weeks prior to picking up & they contacted me 45 minutes prior to pickup & told me they had no cars available. I was left without a car!

  Got the car and the gas wasn’t on full. I returned the car 30 minutes late and got charged 20 dollars extra on my card. I got charged for a hourly rate. I brought the car back with extra gas in it from when I received it. I ask do they have a grace period because sometimes you can be late due to traffic. I was told no. I will not be renting from them every again 😡😡
