She has no customer service skills and lacks any kind of professionalism. Its as if she was just hired because somebody felt sorry for her. What a piece of trash she is. She didn't know what she was doing which delayed everything and I was forced to be in the same room with her longer than I actually wanted to. I'm glad I didn't have to pay. In my opinion go to HIGH IMPACT TOWING. They are very professional and the prices are even better. Usually when you deal with jerk assholes who are contracted to tow for the police department you aren't treated fairly at all.
