This greedy branch wanted $100 for a 'one way fee' even though I was bringing the car back to the original location. No sympathy for the situation whatsoever. *EFIT* Unfortunately, I've already adjusted my trip and schedule to avoid the unfair charges so the request to view my booking is too little too late.

The enterprise employee said they tried to spray it down as much they could and charged the last renters a cleaning fee. They should have offered me a different car or a discount but I’m guessing every car in that city probably smells like weed so a discount should have at least been offered. The car stunk so bad it gave me and my wife headaches every time we got into the car to go places. The first day we had to drive with the windows down, heater full blast while it was cold outside just to get some of the smell out. The next day we bought air freshers to see if that would help but it didn’t. I understand that enterprise has no control of what people do with the car when they drive off the lot but I think that if a car is returned and smells so bad of cigarette, cigar or marijuana smoke the car should be out of commission until the smell subsides.
