She made what I thought would be a bad experience because I didn’t know what I was looking for into an amazing experience. Although her location didn’t have the wiper I needed she called the HUB store and they had it and even put my wiper on for me. Talk about going over and beyond!
- CLChevet' LintonNov 29, 20255.0i needed a passenger side wiper blade for granddaughter’s car - i walked in and was greeted by shonnella immediately. i gave her the make model and year and she pulled up the info right away; within minutes she had the blade, returned with it - and after i paid she said “let me go pop this right on for you” - i didn’t even ask if she would. i really appreciated that - there is a snow storm going on right now and she didn’t even hesitate to go out and install it! i really appreciate that type of customer service. shonnella would likely be an asset to any employer!

I the customer don't have anything to do with HOW YOU FEEL. IF YOU don't like that job dont then dont do it. CUSTOMERS DO NOT DESERVE YOUR TREATMENT.
