    I came into this autozone and needed wipers for my truck. I had no idea what to get. “I’m just a girl” lol is what I told the ladies but Shonnella was the absolute BEST! She made what I thought would be a bad experience because I didn’t know what I was looking for into an amazing experience. Although her location didn’t have the wiper I needed she called the HUB store and they had it and even put my wiper on for me. Talk about going over and beyond!

    i needed a passenger side wiper blade for granddaughter’s car - i walked in and was greeted by shonnella immediately. i gave her the make model and year and she pulled up the info right away; within minutes she had the blade, returned with it - and after i paid she said “let me go pop this right on for you” - i didn’t even ask if she would. i really appreciated that - there is a snow storm going on right now and she didn’t even hesitate to go out and install it! i really appreciate that type of customer service. shonnella would likely be an asset to any employer!

    Manager. On shift today 4;03 pm. (11/22)Very nasty attitude horrible. Disrespectful. I was doing a return, told me reading is fundamental. Also, told me the way Im feeling today, I shouldn't even give you a return. Also, told me yeah I do go off on ppl. Also said she was very irritated Why? I the customer don't have anything to do with HOW YOU FEEL. IF YOU don't like that job dont then dont do it. CUSTOMERS DO NOT DESERVE YOUR TREATMENT. ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS WITH YOU, SEVERAL CUSTOMER HAVE SAID THEY DONT EVEN LIKE COMING IM THE STORE WHEN YOUR ON SHIFT. SHONTEL OR SHONTELLA
