Csr Anthony and even manager Ty refused to type in receipt to return it when asked. Made me drive across county to return it where that stores manager apologized and couldn’t scan either but typed in receipt info in about two seconds and returned it.

I cannot believe he is even working there acting like that. A female employee was there looking like this is a normal occurrence. I ended up leaving and getting my parts at another franchise.

Daniel was very patient and helpful with me as he tried to help me find what I needed. Awesome customer service! The only suggestion I have is it would've been easier to take the screws outside to see if it would fit instead of doing about 5-6 transactions. In and outta of the store. Was kind of a hassle
