  I am currently stranded here with a non refundable reservation with my 7 year old. It's his birthday weekend and they basically told me too bad we have nothing. I spent 300 and my elderly parents are waiting on me to pick them up. The employees were horrible and handed me a list of numbers refusing to help. Edit to add: I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the list of numbers they gave. I have been charged 275 from Priceline and Enterprise at the Melody location (I had to get another Uber there since the numbers they handed me and refused to call a single store themselves) actually called someone but started they needed 515 up front and couldn't accept my debit card. I had to spend 50 in Ubers going from Enterprise to Enterprise and then home. I had to tell my 70 year old parents I can't come get them and my special needs son does not understand why he won't see Grandma and Grandpa. Priceline says my booking is non refundable. With me having AuDHD and my son having physical and mental disabilities this may have seemed like a simple error but to us it took a lot to plan and be brave enough to go out of our comfort zone so we could be around family for his birthday. We only have each other here and this was going to be the highlight of our year. He has not seen them since last September when I rented a car with no trouble from the exact same Enterprise, paid 700 in full and brought back the car vacuumed and more gas than was required, so I am not just some person off the street. I haven't been able to stop crying and with working weekends at a children's hospital do not have an upcoming weekend off again. I get one for his birthday and one in the fall. Thanks Enterprise, I have never seen a total lack of empathy to this degree and you should be ashamed on a personal level even outside of a business aspect. I will never forget the cold look of the woman at the US 31 store and her ushering another customer up and repeatedly telling me there was nothing she could do. Not even check the system to see if cars were available. Priceline and Enterprise have a contract with mutual benefit and I'd imagine enterprise makes quite a bit being on that website. But if there is an issue they are trained to act like they have no idea, it was obvious this happens because she had a whole dialogue ready. I will not forget this for the rest of my life. It's sad we can beat a 1 percent diagnosis but not the Enterprise rental counter with an active reservation.

  Rented a car from another location and had some issues with it. Holly at this branch was AWESOME. Went way way above and beyond and took care of everything getting a car swapped out. Had some concerns with my recent rental experience with Enterprise and she completely flipped it around and made the whole experience a positive one. Definitely recommend renting a car from here!

  My rental was accidentally scheduled for the wrong day and location, this location was able to get me a car right away and picked me up and dropped me back off. Very friendly staff, great experience, thank you!

  This location has horrible customer service from their "manager" Ashley. She was rude, unprofessional in her tone when she was speaking to us, and was unhelpful with our concerns. She also belittled other Enterprise locations (Stop 12) and told us the reps at that location were lying to us, when that was not the case. It's been an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Ive never interacted with a "manager" who manages in this way. Will be reporting our concerns to her manager and will never use Enterprise again. A family member of ours had the unfortunate opportunity to also use this location for a rental last year and had a similar experience we had. I thought it was a fluke and didnt think much of it until now we have experienced it as well. Would never recommend Enterprise as a whole now and especially not this Enterprise with Ashley leading them this way. It would be worthwhile to find another car rental company if you are looking to use this service.
