(Can cause serious damage if not addressed) And dismissed my concerns when i pointed out a typo in their mileage sticker. Thankfully another location was happy to help fix things quickly. (If you have the option I would recommend going to the Carmel location)

My glove box could not be reinstalled correctly for the cabin air filter until I explained how to reinstall it to the technician. Between this and having components broken under my hood in previous visits for removing and installing air filters I am going to decline these inspections going forward. To pay $150+ for something that is advertised to take 15 minutes is not something that I will keep recommending to people. I have gotten full oil changes and tire rotations at the dealer for under $100. I think the model needs relooked at here.
