Can I give lower than a 1 star. I had a 5pm appointment. At 5:45 I got up and asked why my car wasn't being worked on yet? I was then told an appointment for a tire leak is 1 and a half hours to 2 hours NEVER have I waited that long to not even get taken care of.

Great experience. Andrew was super friendly and helped get me in and out quickly, and helpful in explaining the codes showing up and what does need done and what can wait. Also helpful in making sure I had transportation home, and back when my car was done. 10/10

These guys are great with customer service. There was a small miscommunication about the tires for my vehicle being in stock due to my vehicle needing commercial tires. A service man, Andrew, came out and looked at my tires to assure I'd make it. He even looked at my spare to let me know I'm safe to put that on without doing any harm to my vehicle. Once I switched my tire out I came back, he pumped my tires up with air, checked the psi, and he ordered my tires without me needing to come back inside. The day the tires arrived they made it the easiest tire replacement I have ever had! Absolutely no hassle, my car is driving much better with the free alignment, and I'll definitely be coming back for the free oil change. They even put my newest tire back on my spare rack for me. Highly recommend this crew!

This review is about one thing. Honest Staff. I had a terrible noise coming from what I thought was a control arm disfunction or bushing failure. I was prepared to step up and do what was needed to make things right. Andrew and his staff assured me they would do a complete inspection and provide a competitive quote. After thirty minutes of inspection and test driving my car, He handed me the keys. He said "You had a swaybar bolt that worked itself out and they tightened it up and everything else looked great" No Charge. Now, here is why I felt so relieved. I stopped couple of days earlier at a Meinke, they quoted almost a $1200 fix. If you need anything that has to do with your car that Discount Tire provides, it's better to do business with people of integrity. I drove that car sixty miles after leaving, not one noise and it handled perfect. You can bet, he has a customer for a long time. How do you go from $1200 to a loose bolt that needed tightened?

I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location. All I wanted was a simple wheel alignment, but it took three separate trips, and they still never got it done. The first time I called, the rep told me they had availability all day and that I could just come in at 4 PM — no appointment needed. When I arrived, the front desk said they couldn’t take my car and that the rep should have scheduled me. They booked me for the next day at 4 PM instead. When I came back the next day, my car wasn’t taken in until 5 PM, a full hour after my appointment. Then I was told they couldn’t do the alignment because the glare from the sun was affecting their equipment. I was rescheduled again for a third visit, this time before noon, and given a small $25 coupon. On my third visit, after another 20-minute drive each way, I was told that the alignment equipment was damaged and they couldn’t do anything. No one bothered to call ahead to cancel or notify me. The rep at the counter offered no help or apology — just told me to call another Tire Discounters location myself. This entire process wasted hours of my time and three separate trips for absolutely nothing. The lack of communication, poor scheduling, and dismissive attitude from the staff were incredibly disappointing. I had planned to use Tire Discounters for future services and tire purchases, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
