Just want to give a big shoutout to “Andy and Eddie” I believe their names were manager and tech, both amazing men and so helpful! I came in today with my two young babies and they for me in quickly and got me on my way. Will 100% be back for any services if I’m being serviced by them! Thank you again

Will is rude as can be. I called to get tire Sizes for a set of rims I bought that did not have tires. I tried explaining this to him but all he wanted to say very rudely and loudly for no reason "I need the tire size". I did not know the tire size and was treated with disrespect. I was going to get tires from here but after one phone call, never in my life would stop in here! Rude, hateful, and treated me like a child! Will shouldn't be working phone if this is how customers requesting to get a tire size for rims that didn't come with tires! I'm so sorry that people coming here should have tires on the rims to give to This very rude man. When I called another tire shop they were very quick to help with the sizing and brands!

Popped the bead off my Bobcat tire while plowing snow. Took it straight in and they had me fixed up and heading out in 20 minutes. Great customer service even during extreme weather when they only had a couple people working due to the bad road conditions. Thanks Tire Discounters for quickly getting me back up and running.👍💯

Unfortunately my husband is a much more patient person than I happen to be. We got new tires for our F150, the entire process was so smooth. They were great to schedule with and we had no problems. Since then, my husband has consistently lost air in one of the tires. I would say we have come in probably 4 times since getting new tires. Every time they “patch” the hole and we are on our way. Every single time our tire has still lost air. About 3-4 weeks ago (the third visit) my husband called and said “hey do I need an appt to come in and get my tire fixed I can’t wait since I’m working today” they said no come on in! My husband arrived and they said “I’m not sure who told you to come in but we don’t have time to do this today. This place is 27 minutes from our house. 54 minutes of drive time to be sent back home. The fourth time (last week), we took the truck in again due to losing air. Well we woke up the next day and the tire was completely flat. My husband took the wheel off the tire to see what the issue was and there was a crack in the wheel. On that crack was the sealant they use to seal tires. I’m not saying this crack happened at their shop but to not mention it but put tire sealant (or whatever the correct term is) seems really sketchy. So not only were they incapable of finding a large leak to cause a flat tire, we spent our entire day today getting a new wheel at a different shop JUST so we don’t have to go back there. Honestly I’m shocked we had to take a tire back to a TIRE SHOP so many times in such little time. It took my husband 5 minutes to find the issue when they couldn’t figure it out with 4 visits. Untrustworthy is an understatement.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
