This is the second time I have had to show Jiffy Lube that there were grease fittings. I don't blame the kids as much as Jiffy Lubes hiring inexperienced kids, lack of training, and no supervising. They are charging for a service but not performing the work. He did grease the truck while all the others stood around talking and playing on phones. Unprofessional to me but that's what Jiffy Lube has become. I told the person I paid, I should get a discount for training how to grease a truck. Her answer basically said it wasn't his fault. I'm not sure they know what work they are getting overpaid for.

But what really stood out was the way the staff worked together to make the entire experience as smooth as possible. Even the assistant manager helped out.
