    They people were very nice and courteous while helping me with my situation. They explained all my options so I could decided what was best for me.

    Won't accept cash or debit cards. A debit card card only works if the money is available so I dont understand why they dont accept it. They would also bit accept a virtual credit card from Cdpital One (the physical one was in the mail). I felt they inconvenienced me and were not very accommodating. This was at the South Bend Regional Airport.

    Came to get a rental while my car was in the shop down the street. Staff is incredibly kind and understanding of any issues you may have, especially their manager Hannah Jeske. She is an absolute boss (in the best way possible).

    My insurance company rented a vehicle for me from this location while my vehicle was being repaired from a drunk driver hit and run. I drove this rental vehicle less than 10 miles before I returned it. It simply sat at home while I worked for a few days. When I returned it I was accused of causing damage to the rental car. This shocked me, it literally sat except for my trip to and from this location. Since I had no evidence to defend myself and I did not have insurance on the vehicle there was nothing I could do. The sales rep, Pablo, talked me into showing him my credit card. He then swiped it quickly without explanation or permission for $500 and said "That will get it started..." I felt sick to my stomach and robbed. Next I followed their instructions at home electronically to end this 9 week nightmare via the Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit. Finally paying an additional $739.42 out of pocket completed the process. Total was $1239.42 for this. Be sure to get the insurance folks. Also, there will never be a chance for the rest of my life that I or my family will ever do business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car again.
