  Never get picked up by this enterprise. I got picked up by a driver who scared the life out of me . I would have given them a 5 but I was shaking when I left. I think his name was Kevin .

  When I arrive enterprise is fantastic at explaining why they don’t have my vehicle . Enterprise excels at selling “we can’t control”. And then enterprise is wonderful at offering down grades never upgrades Will not be back

  From day one, renting a car at Enterprise was a great experience. All the staff was very informative. Dylan explained the entire procedure to me and I felt very comfortable. Driving the car & from now on I will rent any cars from Enterprise. Thank you so much for a great experience!

  My rental experience was great. From check in to drop off, they were fast and friendly. Great smiles and simple and quick conversations. The car was also very clean.

  My recent car rental from Enterprise for a trip to Chicago was a mixed experience. I encountered efficient service, but the condition of the vehicle was very disappointing. The pick-up and return processes were quick and easy, but the car itself did not meet acceptable standards. The staff at the Enterprise branch were professional and efficient during both check-in and drop-off, which made the rental logistics smooth. However, this efficiency contrasted sharply with the state of the vehicle. When I entered the car, I was immediately struck by its poor condition. The dashboard, steering wheel, and central console had dirt and dried spills on them, making them unpleasant to touch. The seats were visibly stained, and the entire cabin smelled like stale cigarette smoke. This was an unwelcome odor for a non-smoker. It was clear that the car had not been properly cleaned for a new customer. Given the unsanitary interior and my tight schedule, I felt I had to clean the car myself when I returned home. This included wiping down all the dirty surfaces and cleaning the front windshield, which was hard to see through. Having to clean a rental car after a long trip is unacceptable and shows a major flaw in quality control. Although Enterprise staff did offer to clean the car, this was after the vehicle was already checked out to me and I had expressed my concerns. By then, it was too late and inconvenient, highlighting a reactive, rather than proactive, approach to vehicle maintenance. While Enterprise provided prompt and efficient service, the poor cleanliness of the rental car seriously took away from the overall experience. This lack of attention to vehicle hygiene is surprising for a well-known company and shows that there is a need for significant improvement in their cleaning process.
