  Have credit that was messed up, figured I’d try for financing, they’ve been great for family that have bought there. Caden told me I don’t qualify, and that was okay but the rude comment that followed wasn’t, don’t buy from him.

  This place is a joke! Once the sale is complete, they totally blow you off. The service department has to continually ask for serial numbers that have been provided to them over and over for part numbers that they lose they have to request them again! My RV was in there for service and when I picked it up, it was filthy on the inside because of their lack of cleaning up after themselves. I left two messages for the general manager Jeff Maifert, confirming he was working and he never has called me back. Several days passed. If you value your time, don’t take your RV to this location for any service needs! PFM Auto and Fleet can meet all your service demands and they provide outstanding customer service!

  Great experience from start to finish. The sales team was great. When I got there to pick it up they were putting a new mattress in it because Chris in sales didn't like the one that was in it. I had planned to replace it but thanks to Chris I didn't have to worry about it. The guy who set up my hitch did a great job. I missed a couple of small things when I looked at the (used) trailer but that's on me. All in all it was one of the easiest RV purchases I've ever done.

  They shouldn’t get one star! I was lied to when I paid for a $4,000 warranty. I have only used the camper 3 times. The finance guy told me the warranty covers everything such as the roof, paint fading, everything inside. They lied! I took it there today and they told me to call my insurance company. It needs a new roof and they said the warranty doesn’t cover that. I told the finance guy that I wanted to buy a tarp for it to keep it in good shape and he told me it would be a waste of money because everything was covered under the $4,000 warranty. This is one of the biggest scams I have seen in a long time. I just wish they were true to there word. Now I have a junk camper that I paid $4,000 more than I should have because the warranty is a scam. I think camping world has ruined the happiness to want to hook up and go camping. Sounds like we will be back in the tent by the time they screw us over. Every thing I have stated is 100 percent true. I will be happy to meet anyone there to prove it. Don’t let them lie to you like they did me.

  Found this dealer to be very disingenuous in dealing with me at a local RV show in Louisville KY. Mainly in the pricing. Show price was a great deal at $20,000, but when I asked to crunch the numbers, the total came to $26,000. One fee was over $1000.00 to prep it as 'Camping Ready'. A new camper doesn't come 'Camping Ready'???? Something looked to good to be true, and it was. The key sticking point was when I asked for simple number crunching and the salesman kept asking what kind of payment I wanted... Please just tell a basic number and I will manipulate my monthly payment with my down payment. Of course, they wanted to work with me immediately after I said 'no thanks'. Just give me a basic price with the normal fees, not a bunch of add-ons to recuperate from the discounts you offered to get me interested. Also try and drop the whole 'I only have one unit left' pressure tactic. That might work on the weak minded folks, but not with me. I should have walked away the minute he said it.
