She has helped us out on a previous visit also. She replaced our truck battery and placed my windshield wipers on for me. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review is because of a male employee working this night (wears glasses) refused to help me because I didn't give him any credit for partly helping with the previous visit with the truck battery. I thought he was kidding when he said, "I'm not helping him," but he was serious. I couldn't locate the proper windshield wipers, and he told me to keep looking. I came into the store in a good mood and left a bit angry. The lady employee (who was great) requested assistance on the 2nd wiper blade because she couldn't get it to snap on. He finally assisted me and placed the 2nd wiper on without saying a word. I am not sure what was going on but I will be weary of going into your store again with him being inside.
