  Greensburg Location! Ask for Hamnah! Thats all you need! Top tier! Excellent new car! Best Road trip ever! Loved our Pacifica. Rental experience was quick and easy and affordable! Used our Costco travel to book and it was seamless!

  I’m super sad because I’ve used Enterprise for a long time. But after this, I don’t think I will continue. I booked a car thru my credit card’s Tavel rewards. After pickup, found I was given a car with a leaky tire (resulting in a flat) expired license plates, and a toll tag that didn’t work. After all the trouble I asked if there was any form of compensation for their mistakes. THEY offered me a refund. I waited 10 days and never received it. Then after following up, they said they never promised me a refund. “Their branch doesn’t even receive the money I paid to them. So beyond my deposit, they won’t do it.” I called corporate and they said my credit card company has to ask formally. Call My credit card company, they ask formally. After over 2 WEEKS, the formal request is denied and they refuse to take any responsibility for both the car problems and misleading me for compensation. I’m honesty at my wits end and feel so exhausted. One time someone smoked in a vehicle I picked up and they refunded me $25 for the trouble. Now they don’t handle refunds? Okay… book with them at your own risk ⚠️

  Previous experiences at this location were always amazing. Never had a single issue. I've been renting a lot for work travel. I've had about 5 rentals for a week or two at a time the past few months with more in the future. Paid by my company, in and out, easy. The previous manager moved stores and today I went in, like every other time, to rent a car. Same process. Only, this time, the fill-in manager said that it was required that I provide my company's auto insurance information. REQUIRED. I went back and forth about how I've never been asked before. Ended up taking my business to the Enterprise in Shelbyville. Guess what? My company's insurance information was not required. He didn't even ask. In and out like always. Skip this location and take your business elsewhere. If they want to make things up as required at check-in, who knows what they will fabricate once you turn the car back in. Zero trust at this branch. Avoid.

  Enterprise in Greensburg, IN is a great place to go when you are in need for a car rental. Alex and Tracey were wonderful people when I was in need of a rental.

  After being in an accident on I 74 eastbound, I traveled back and got to this branch when I got there it was closed, but the representative on the phone said it would be open. Alex V came through and saved my entire day vacation and family. I cannot thank him enough and push enough gratitude towards what he did. He reopened the register the safe the store got us into a nice car with a one-way trip even gave us a discount as he saw my car on a tow truck smashed and my family out in the cold and nowhere to go hours away from destination and from home. It is with great gratitude that I sent this review!!! Again, if it wasn't for Alex V I would've been in real bad shape and he came through and saved my day.
