  This place is a joke. They deserve a zero but not an option. Paid $150.00 for radiator flush. Mgr of the store did the flush but did it completely wrong making my car leak and left antifreeze all over the engine compartment. Severe sinus infection during this time which became much worse. Two doctor appointments and several rounds of antibiotics. Had to drive around with windows down because the poison antifreeze smell was so strong. Instead of using factory pressure clamp he used coil screw clamp. Two days later still badly leaking because clamp was so loose I tightened the screw two full turns. Sprayed the entire engine compartment and wiped up antifreeze off my garage floor several times. Went back to original store and same mgr said he did it the corporate taught him. Extremely rude argumentative behavior thought he and his gang were going to assault me. Told him to top off antifreeze that had leaked but he refused. Took it to another mechanic and he found out the upper hose wasn’t replaced correctly because it wasn’t even pushed up over the two ridges/nipples only one. Called corporate to file complaint. Told me response would take two days. Two weeks and four calls later was finally told since I had a qualified mechanic fix it I voided corporate policy. If you want your vehicle completely jacked up this is the place to poison you and leave vehicle damaged!!!

  This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the service has been wonderful both times until the end of this second visit. I came back to edit this review after the issues I’ve ended up having today. It took almost 35 mins for a 10 min tire rotation-no big deal, stuff happens. Turns out a lug nut was snapped. I saw an employee shaking his head and appeared frustrate and at that time I didn’t realize it was in regard to my vehicle. I immediately took My car to the dealership to find out I now need a new hub that will be almost $800 total for the fix…. I filed a claim with Valvoline that has been denied…. If it really is just something that happens fine, but is it too much to ask for someone at Valvoline to say sorry this happened?! I’m an easy going and understanding person who realizes everyone is just doing their job, but I was sad at how they’ve handled this and will no longer return to this business.

  Just got my oil changed very very very nice Man named Jeremy works there even gave me some information on things that how to check for myself in case I needed to check the oil why I needed to know about my tires just gave me so much information plus they gave me a $25 discount off online. I would recommend them to anybody.

  I’ve been going to this location for years and always had good service, I went there yesterday. Got my oil changed. Everything was fine no issues but when I went to pay, the gentleman told me it was $88 and somewhat change which is normal but I went to hand him $100 bill and he wouldn’t take it because it was $100 bill and asked if I had anything smaller and I was trying to explain to him that he was getting all of it almost all he was gonna be doing was giving me $11 and change and he refused to take the hundred dollars which I just thought was pretty weird. I could’ve understood if it was $20 and I tried to hand him 100 and then asking me if I had anything smaller it would make more sense! I mean, what happens if I would’ve had something smaller and paid with 5 $20 bills he was still had to give me the same change and he was kind of rude about it and tried to argue when I was explaining to him what he was saying didn’t make sense!

  The young lady that worked on my truck amazing job!! She was very knowledgeable and told me something about the my Dodge ram I did not know nothing about thank you very much.
