  Oil change was fast, but they told me my rear tires were getting old. I knew this already. Issue came up when they were both flat that same evening. Turns out valve stem cores were loose. I do not believe it was coincidence that valve stem cores ended up loose on the same tires they told me would need replaced soon.

  I don’t know the name of the lady who helped me today, but she was truly wonderful. She is beautiful, kind, and incredibly warm-hearted. She helped me check my tire pressure, filled the air for me, and even cleared the snow off my mudguard without me asking. I’m really grateful for her patience and kindness. I hope everything goes well for her, and she continues to be surrounded by good people and good things. She truly deserves it.

  On December 4th I made a appointment to have my tires looked at....4:30 I had two tires that would not hold air...the guy I dealt with was not friendly and short like I was more like a bother to him ...he said he would check out the two tires...he comes back with 1 tire had a nail in it and was NOT repairable , the 2nd one had a groove cut into it and also was NOT repairable , and his solution was I needed two tires at the cost of $365.14...I could not afford that ..so I asked him if he had put air in them so I could at least get myself back home ...he said YES....I'm a older woman and the last thing I needed was to be stranded out along the road during this extremely cold we were having...I barely got my car home ...when I did I checked them cause the light on the dash showing low pressure had never went off...he did not put air in them 1 was at 17lb, the other 20lb....now the next day I got my car up to Discount Tire...and they repaired the tire with the nail and put on a new valve stem...and the other just needed the rim cleaned...my COST....$0.00.now with this information....you have on Adam Moore that's the name on the paper work..why would you allow this person to represent this company... I will NEVER go back there and I will NEVER recommend your company to NO one....
