So I bought a brand new set of tires on line since I had a good experience with ‘em I scheduled to have them put on and the real good thing they had the same employees that means a lot thank you jiffy lube I will still bring my business to them great experience

They were inviting, fun, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. I assume the manager/team lead guy was great and explained any questions I had or even his coworkers. I just got an oil change but I definitely will be back for more car maintenance and other needs! I live about 30 minutes from this store and the drive is certainly worth it!

On top they are straightforward with what is being done with car, what they noticed about the car. They do offer a military discount on work which is great. Saved me from a bad battery also

They were extremely thorough in explaining all the options I had for my vehicle’s oil, and their respective prices, as well as ensuring I got any valid discounts available to me to help me with the final cost since I’m on a fixed income. They were all very friendly, and also informed me that I can come in anytime for a top off on my oil between oil changes (as I am aware that my car does burn a bit of oil), so I am very appreciative of that information. I used to go to Walmart for my oil changes, however, when I went to get my oil changed they said they would not do it before their next scheduled appointment that was over 20 minutes away, even though there were no other vehicles there or being worked on. They were also fairly rude about it, and made me feel as though I was some sort of burden. So, that being said, I left and went down the road to the Greenfield Jiffy Lube, and I’m SO glad I did! Although it cost me just a little more in final price (about $20) to go to Jiffy Lube instead of Walmart, I will be continuing with the Greenfield Jiffy Lube as my preferred oil change location from here on out! They offer a much quicker service, made me feel very welcomed, cleaned all my windows, and are definitely offering a much higher standard of friendly customer service experience than their competition! This really goes a long way for me, is definitely worth the slight difference in final cost, and left me actually looking forward to my next oil change instead of dreading it! Thank you guys so much!!!
