- BDB DAug 15, 20251.0Wish I could give Zero stars. They are Crooks, my brand new 2025 was severely damaged and they tried to say it wasn’t totaled when clearly it was. Swore they drove it around the shop but how with a bent rim and flattened tire? Put it at 60% totaled but it had to be at 70% what a coincidence, they just wanted to make the money. Also admitted they were going to repair my totaled brand new vehicle with USED parts. They told us they already started working on my car without our permission and had the parts ordered. Lied about what damage it had did not do a complete inspection. Please ask for a 2nd opinion like we did and get the results you deserve not what they think is acceptable because they want the quick buck. So the end result my car did get totaled out no thanks to these clowns. Edit: They called my husband thinking he left the review when it was the wife, asking why we wrote what I did and telling us it was all lie and the never said this or done that. What kind of business calls asking about a review, means they were DEFINITELY in the wrong and didn’t expect to get called out about said things or for the car to be totaled and mad they didn’t make a quick buck. Nathan Hair was the estimator and told us his boss said to call. I’ll edit this review once again now that they responded back to it. Nathan called wanting to know about the review and why it was left because once again he said his boss told him too. He didn’t call to discuss concerns only the review. When my husband explained why, Nathan got defensive and said no I said this and done that. Told us he said our car only got dropped in front of the shop never driven, why would we lie about that? Nathan just wanted to argue and try to point us as bad guys. Please take pictures of your car when it’s there of the before damage and before they work on it because they will not let you know when they start. My pictures I took definitely saved us.
