He was very thoughtful and helped us navigate the process as we had never rented a car before. He happened to be there when I dropped it off also, and again was an amazing person to do business with. Didn’t speak with anyone else so the review is specifically for him. He’s an asset to the company and deserves a promotion/raise or something

After spending close to 5k earlier this year in rentals I was denied a rental because my wife can not leave a newborn baby. Very inconsiderate and inconsistent with other enterprise locations in the state of Indiana and do not follow other locations terms. Highly recommend avis/budget or any other car rental service than enterprise.
