  We took our 2025 Forrest Ridge Ozark in for winterazation have it inspected for the purchased warranty which is required yearly and have a couple things fixed under warranty ( it has sliding barn style doors for the bathroom and bedroom and the bathroom door peg was no positioned correctly and I would get stuck in the bathroom, the usb port by the bed had something going on that after I charded my phone overnight the metal tip to my charge cord was so hot it burnt my thumb, they freshwater holding tanks were never capped so we could not fill our tank at one campground that didn't have on site water, and there was an issue with the door where it would not close easily it had to be slammed with force) we dropped it off November 8, 2025 after our final camping in October and then waited. No response no updates nothing. We called left messages for updates and nothing. Then we get a call early December stating "we were going through paperwork and show you haven't picked up yet" umm we haven't gotten a call. To which well I have left you several messages...anyway we went to pick up and was told we never gave them any keys and it was parked out front unlocked. You what? So we went out to our unlocked camper checked and they put the cap on the fresh water tank good, opend the unlocked camper and went inside they did not fix the bathroom door got stuck inside when I closed it and it popped out past the floor peg. Found our keys in the kitchen sink and don't know if they chaned the usb port. Boyfriend is pissed but is about to hook up and bring it home. I come out of the camper and raise the steps and see that the Door is now twisted and the bottom is sticking out almost an inch they pried the door so it would latch smoothly which then ripped the bottom hindge through the door...NOPE not taking it. went back in show the adviser there what is going on and he writes it back up for Scott the original adviser. We get one call stating they are going to do a warranty claim for the door. We wait...and you guessed it no communication again. We call a couple times leave messages and again nothing. Finally we get a call on Febuary and told the camper is done. And we cannot pick up on Saturdays. We take a half day off drive down to get the camper. Called 2 hours prior to arriving to pick up they have to call to get it pulled out front. Scott doesn't walk out with us as we do our walk through. First we check the bathroom door and it's good the door shuts smoothly but the exterior window trim is not secured. At this point we are over this place and we bring the camper home and will fix this ourselves. And now the camper is out of the 12 month warranty. So to sum this up they have had our camper since early November 2025 until Febuary 24,2026 and they still did not get it fixed properly and the service advisor Scott does not give 2 hoots about customer satisfaction. Worst expierence ever. -10 out of 10 would never recommend.

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good deal that met our families needs. Process and paperwork was very simple also hooked us up with insurance quick process and very affordable as well 😀
